Vorkenntnisse: abgeschlossene Niveaustufe B1

International Legal English - easier as you think B1/B2. This is an intermediate course for learners who need to be able to use English in the legal profession. Law students, lawyers, solicitors, attornies, paralegals, legal clerks, law exam candidates and barristers who need to refresh and brush up their English skills effectively.

Based mainly on commercial law (company law, contract law, IP, real property law, employment law to name a few) and aimed to improve your ability to produce emails or texts, strengthen your speaking skills with clients and colleagues, increase your comprehension in meetings, presentations, interviews, discussions and to familiarize you with some new language-related aspects of work in commercial law.

An international perspective is fostered and many tasks encourage you to compare aspects of the law in your country. Work with various types of authentic text material, large selection of tasks for reading, speaking, listening, use of grammar and writing. Wide range of authentic material provided in class.
