Starting to feel the cold, rainy weather? Spice up your life and warm it up for a few hours with a Thai Curry cooking class! In this class, we will be learning how to make Thai curry and rice and how to substitute some ingredients that are more available in Germany.
Basic English skills are required. Instruction will be in English from an American with culinary school training and work experience in a James Beard Award manager restaurant in the US.
We will practice knife skills, new cooking techniques, and new flavor profiles, while practicing English and learning new English food vocabulary. Students may stay to enjoy the meal with the class, while we chat about different eating culture etiquette for example and practice English over a meal together. Come on a food adventure with me!
Food allergies can be discussed with the instructor before the cancellation date, November, 6th
Food costs to be payed that evening: 15€ to 20€ depending on the dish and ingredients needed.
