Our program is designed to equip professionals with a solid foundation in generalist management, while also emphasizing essential soft skills crucial for today's leaders. With a strong international focus, we aim to provide a broad understanding of how business concepts and processes interrelate, preparing graduates to lead organizations effectively in a global context. Our program offers clear advantages to professionals with both academic qualifications and substantial management experience, providing them with the opportunity to enhance their careers through an intensive 24-month part-time study program. With on-campus lectures held in Schwenningen on Fridays and Saturdays every other week over three semesters, and the fourth semester dedicated to the master thesis. The course calendar with all lecture dates will be created shortly and will soon be available to you in full. To support our students' success, we provide excellent on-site facilities and a comprehensive 24/7 support system, including an online library, teaching platform, and virtual study groups. With a maximum of 15 highly qualified professionals per year, our program ensures personalized attention and optimal supervision from our experienced team of professors. Our teaching approach is practical and focused on real-world applicability, with an emphasis on case studies and discussions. In addition to our on-campus sessions, our Executive MBA program includes modules abroad to provide students with valuable international exposure and networking opportunities. These modules are integral to our curriculum and contribute significantly to the global perspective we aim to instill in our students. Currently, we have two teaching blocks scheduled with our partner universities abroad. One takes place in Europe, in collaboration with the University of Málaga, and the other outside Europe, with the FGV Business School in Sao Paulo, Brazil. These modules offer unique insights into international business practices and cultural dynamics, enhancing our students' understanding of global markets and strategies. Admission requirements for the Executive MBA program are: 1. First university degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma or equivalent) 2. Minimum of five years of professional experience in responsible position following graduation 3. Good to very good knowledge of the teaching language English 4. Participation in an interview allowing both sides to get to know each other. The total study fees for the four-semester Executive MBA program amount to €18,000 plus administration fees of currently € 155 per semester, payable in four installments.
